Shipping Policy

We aims to deliver within the time agreed upon at purchase. However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame.

We target to have your items shipped to you as fast as possible, if we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. If you are unavailable To take delivery or collection, we may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier.

To track your order, please use the tracking ID sent to you in the confirmation email your items have been shipped out. As a precaution, please keep the receipt of the delivered product.

DOMESTIC DELIVERY ( MALAYSIA)

Once orders are processed, they will be shipped and delivered to your door within 2-3 business days for West Malaysia and 4-5 business days for East Malaysia (Monday- Friday). International Shipping 1-2 Weeks. However, during holidays periods and peak seasons, do expect some delays which may take more than 5 business days.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Customs, Import Taxes, and Duties
Customs, import taxes, duties, and collection fees may vary by country and are not included in the purchase price of your order. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be settled upon delivery.

Order Processing and Delivery Timeline

  • Orders are typically delivered within 7–14 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date payment is authorized and verified.
  • Processing may take up to two (2) working days after verification, as our Customer Service team reviews and prepares your order for shipment.
  • A notification email with the tracking number and courier details will be sent once your order has been shipped.
  • Orders are usually dispatched within 3–7 working days of placing the order.

Taxation and Duties

  • International orders may be subject to additional taxes and duties.
  • All packages are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), meaning taxes, VAT, and duties are not calculated or collected at checkout.
  • Any applicable fees must be paid upon delivery.
  • Customs authorities may require us to declare the value of your order on the package. They have the right to release, deny, or delay your package, depending on their processes.
  • Taxes and fees are determined solely by the local government and are based on factors such as location, material, and item value.

Some countries may require additional fees to be paid Collect on Delivery (COD) for customs clearance. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Currency Conversion

Prices displayed on our site are based on Malaysia Ringgit. The final charge to your credit card will be in the currency shown at checkout. Exchange rates are determined by your card-issuing bank and may slightly differ from current rates.

Tracking Information


Please allow at least one (1) working day after your order is shipped for the tracking details to appear online. If your tracking information has not updated or your delivery is delayed, kindly contact our Customer Service for assistance

Unsuccessful Delivery


If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange a second delivery attempt, which will incur additional charges. Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
